Baptist Health Family Clinic-Otter Creek

Baptist Health Family Clinic-Otter Creek offers a wide range of medical services for the entire family, serving the healthcare needs of Southwest Little Rock, Bryant, and surrounding communities. We are located across the overpass from the Little Rock Outlet Mall off of Interstate 30, next to the fire station.

Our patients are greeted warmly at the front desk. Once check in is completed, they are asked to be seated until a nurse calls them back for their appointment. The providers and staff are personable and really take time to listen and address patient’s needs.

We have a patient accounts rep that can assist patients with their billing questions and a care coordinator team that consists of a case manager, public health educator/RN, dietician, and pharmacist.

We have a patient portal known as MyChart for patients to be able to receive lab results, make appointments, send in prescription requests, pay a bill, and email providers and clinical staff.
